Welcome! This space is dedicated to helping you find alignment to live your best life and become your best self. Deepen your yoga practice, get sweaty with full-body sculpt classes and learn new drills to help you achieve those poses of your dreams.

    Movement is medicine. Exercise is the greatest elixir of life.

    Together we can learn to take control of our life by taking control of our minds. Through meditation, movement, and building daily routines that become rituals and habits. All these things can help create structure around your life which in turn helps you become more present and connected.

    To move your body is a gift, to sweat is a gift. Let me help you fall in love with moving your body.  Whether you have been practicing yoga for a long time or are at the beginning of your journey, there are classes available for all levels. Yoga aside, I offer to sculpt classes as well as drill work and tutorials. I truly believe there is something here for everyone.

  • Spirit

    How does one become more spiritual? You guessed it, by connecting to your mind, body, and breath. Signs of spirituality can be: overall well-being, having a strong sense of self-worth, being hopeful during challenging times, clarity and contentment, finding meaning and purpose in your life, and much more.
